WatchThis dog was found in plastic bag at bottom of garbage chute on death’s door. The sweet dog is making a remarkable recovery thanks to some special people. How anyone can do that to a fellow creature is beyond me. And despite all he’s been through, the dog’s not angry or aggressive. He’s just looking for some love. So sad that people would do such a thing. So incredibly sad.
